The Sport S model has a turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 270 horsepower and 295 lb.-ft of torque, complete with an eight-speed automatic that makes driving a joy. There is an optional electric plug-in hybrid with extra power.
Other engine options for the Jeep Wrangler include a 3.0-liter diesel V6, a 6.4-liter V8, and a 375 horsepower plug-in hybrid 4xe engine that represents a new direction for the future of Jeep. There will also be more trims like the Jeep Wrangler Sport S 4xe, the High Altitude, and the Wrangler Rubicon X.
